Leading National Security and Defense Focused Firm, Aegis Technologies, announced on Wednesday that it acquires Small Unmanned Aerial Systems Manufacturer, EMRC Heli to expand its operations and capability.
According to the PR News Wire News Agency, the Aegis Technologies Group provides a wide range of services in the Directed Energy (DU) Domain, including the deployment and development of different sort of instrumentations and Novel Targets to characterize High Power Microwave (HPM) and High Energy Laser sophisticated weapon systems.
The recent acquisition of EMCR Heli will further help the company to boost its area of operations in the fielding and testing of Direct Energy (DE) weapons systems and it will also help the company to support swarm applications, multi-mission sensor suites and proxy warfare resources for the warfighter.
Boss of Aegis Technologies Group, Jonathan Moneymaker, said, “The acquisition of EMRC Heli to the AEgis platform deepens our offering to our existing markets while enabling us to offer complete platform-to-payload solutions and rapidly integrate new advanced capabilities support to adjacent missions.

The EMCR Heli company provides expertise in rapid prototyping, designing, testing, integration and support of multiple fixed and rotary wing Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). After the acquisition, the company will fully-integrate into the existing system structure of Aegis Technologies Group and it will also help the Aegis Technologies to market their assets in various mission areas.
